Heatherdene guest house offers elegant bed and breakfast accommodation in the attractive Dorset village of Corfe Mullen, just 10 minutes drive away from Poole town and the historic Poole Quay.

Nestled between the Purbeck hills and Cranborne Chase, Wimborne is just down the road with its famous weekend Wimborne Market, beautiful old theatre and, of course, Wimborne Minster itself.

Within 20 minutes you can be enjoying Bournemouth or Sandbanks beaches, the New Forest National Park, or exploring the Purbeck villages of Corfe Castle, Wareham and the seaside town of Swanage with its popular steam railway.

Heatherdene is ideally placed for guests who want peaceful surroundings and a central location just a short distance from all the local attractions.

Corfe Mullen village itself boasts good pubs, an excellent Indian restaurant and well-stocked shops within walking distance.

Heatherdene House

Heatherdene House sits squarely in a third of an acre in a quiet, residential road. The accommodation is secluded and is not overlooked. The mature gardens are a haven for birds and provide a tranquil setting with plenty of off-road parking.

This friendly bed and breakfast offers two double bedrooms each with its own separate fully furnished state of the art shower room. Both rooms are spacious and light and have been decorated to the highest standard, reflecting the family interest in antiques.

During the summer months we offer one king room with a large period style bathroom and one king room with en suite shower room.

Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the rooms, together with a TV and hairdryer. Breakfast is served in the delightful bay-windowed, period reception room.

If you like to be woken by nothing but the sound of the 'dawn chorus', this is the place for you.

We have secluded off-road parking at the front of the property.

Accommodation

Breakfast:
Guests can look forward to a selection of fruit, cereal and fruit juices together with a full-English cooked breakfast and toast. Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 9.00 am. For early ferry departures we can offer either an early breakfast or a packed breakfast (by prior arrangement)

Arrival and Departure:
Your arrival is welcome between 5.00PM and 9.00PM (unless otherwise agreed). We request that you vacate by 10.30AM on the date of your departure.

Smoking:
We have a non-smoking policy within the house.

Internet Access:
Wireless Internet access is available throughout the property. Please ask for this to made available when you book, and the access details will be released to you upon arrival.

Pets:
With 2 resident cats at Heatherdene we are unable to take pets other than working guide dogs.

Terms & Conditions:
Payment: Payment is by cheque with guarantee card or cash.

Deposit: A minimum GBP25.00 deposit is required to confirm a booking, receipt of which should be within 5 working days of the booking being made. Balance is payable on departure.

Our accommodation is offered to adult guests, we do not have family rooms and we do not accommodate babies or children

Cancellations: We will make every effort to re-let the accommodation in the event of cancellation and, if successful, we are happy to return your deposit.
